    Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. If you need fewer than 50, please contact us for a personalised quote — please note this may be subject to an additional charge.

    How do I personalise my order?

    After placing your order, email us your wording. We'll send your initial digital proof within 2–3 business days, and your order includes up to three rounds of revisions before approval.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express, with full tracking and signature on delivery. Orders to the UK, EU and US are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — the price you see at checkout is final, with no extra customs charges on arrival. Delivery within the UK typically takes 1–2 business days once dispatched.

    What is the production time?

    Production time depends on the type of stationery ordered. Standard orders (Foil Pressed, Pocketfold, Acrylic, Save the Date) take from 3 weeks after proof approval; Folio & Boxed Invitations take from 4 weeks; Velvet Envelopes take 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for delivery.
