How Many Menus Do You Need?

You can choose to place a menu card at every seat alongside the place card, or print a smaller number to share between guests at each table. The right choice depends on the role your menu is intended to play — whether it is purely decorative, communicates dietary information, or doubles as a schedule of the evening's events.

How to Write Your Menu Wording

A menu card typically opens with a title — your names and wedding date, or a monogram with your initials. This is followed by the menu itself, listing each course in order: appetisers, mains, and dessert. It is good practice to note any common allergens. You may also include a line about drinks or a wine pairing suggestion. If you need to include a longer menu or additional content, the number of pages can be increased accordingly.

Our designers will help you arrange the wording and select a font style and colour combination to match your wedding theme. To discuss your menu design, contact us at hello@polina-perri.co.uk.
