Your order, step by step
From placing your order to holding your finished invitations — here's exactly what to expect, and how long each stage takes.
The Process

01Day 1
Place Your Order
Add your chosen invitation to your basket and complete checkout. Full payment is taken at the time of ordering. Once your order is confirmed, email us your wording at hello@polina-perri.co.uk — a Word document or plain text in the body of your email is perfect.
Prefer to discuss your order first? You can also place a manual order by email. In that case, a 50% deposit is required to get started, with the balance due after you've approved your digital proof.

02Days 2 – 3
Receive Your Digital Proof
Within 2–3 business days of receiving your wording and payment, our designer will send you a digital PDF proof of your invitation by email. This is your chance to see exactly how your wording will look before anything goes to print.
Your order includes up to three rounds of revisions — adjustments to text, font, layout, or design elements. Please allow up to 2 business days for each round of revisions to be completed.

03Your approval
Approve Your Design
Once you're happy with your proof, reply by email to confirm your approval. This written confirmation is required before production can begin — verbal or informal confirmations cannot be accepted. Please review every detail carefully before approving, as once approved, your stationery will be printed exactly as shown.

04Production
We Get to Work
Once your design is approved, your order enters production. Production time depends on the type of stationery you've ordered — see the table below for a full breakdown by product type. Your order is handcrafted in our atelier in Slovakia, EU.

05Dispatch & delivery
Dispatch & Delivery
Once your order is complete, it's carefully packed and dispatched via DHL Express — fully trackable, with signature on delivery. Delivery within the UK typically takes 1–2 business days. International delivery to EU countries and the USA takes 2–4 business days.
All UK, EU, and US orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — the price you see at checkout is the final price, with no customs charges or surprises on arrival.

All production timelines are calculated from the date of your written proof approval, not from the date of ordering. For a more accurate estimate based on your specific order, please contact us.
Our adviceAllow yourself a comfortable buffer — we recommend ordering your invitations at least 3–4 months before your wedding date, so that you have enough time for the design process, production, delivery, and sending them out to your guests.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and credit or debit card. Full payment is required at the time of placing an online order. For manual orders placed by email, a 50% deposit is required to start, with the balance due after proof approval.

How many revisions are included?
Every order includes up to three rounds of revisions following the initial proof. Additional rounds of revisions beyond this are charged at our standard rate of £60 per hour.

Can I cancel my order?
A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, less a 4% processing fee. After 48 hours, different terms apply depending on the stage of production. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the UK, all EU countries, and the USA via our website, with DHL Express on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. No additional customs charges on arrival. For other countries, please contact us for a manual shipping quote.

Can I order fewer than 50 pieces?
Our standard minimum order is 50 pieces. If you need fewer, please get in touch — we consider each request individually and will be happy to provide a personalised quote.

What if I'm not happy with my order?
If your finished stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact us immediately and we will reprint the affected items at no charge. For any other concerns, please get in touch at hello@polina-perri.co.uk — we will always do our best to find a solution.
