Find & Verify Postal Addresses

Before submitting your guest list for envelope addressing, we recommend verifying every address using the official postal service for that country. Addresses must be submitted via our Excel template — we print them exactly as provided, without proofreading.

🇬🇧 Royal Mail — Find a Postcode
The official UK postcode and address finder. Look up any UK address and verify the correct postcode before adding it to your guest list. royalmail.com/find-a-postcode
🇺🇸 USPS — ZIP Code Lookup
The official United States Postal Service address and ZIP code lookup. Verify full US addresses including ZIP+4 codes for accurate delivery. tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup
🇩🇪 Postleitzahlen.de — Germany
Find and verify German postal codes (Postleitzahlen) by city or street. Useful for confirming addresses for guests based in Germany. postleitzahlen.de
🇮🇹 Poste Italiane — CAP Finder
The official Italian postal service address and CAP (codice di avviamento postale) lookup tool for verifying addresses in Italy. poste.it
🇫🇷 La Poste — Code Postal (France)
Find and verify French postal codes using the official La Poste lookup tool. Helpful for confirming addresses for guests in France. laposte.fr
🇪🇸 Correos — Postal Code Finder (Spain)
The official Spanish postal service tool for finding and verifying postal codes and addresses across Spain. correos.es

Once you have them all, download our Excel template from us and fill it in carefully. We print names and addresses exactly as submitted, so take the time to double-check every entry before sending.

Address Formatting Guides

Addresses must be submitted in the correct format for each country — incorrect formatting may cause delivery issues. Below are the official formats for the most common destinations, with examples.
