Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.polina-perri.co.uk (Website) operated by BEAUTIFIER LTD , registered in UK ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the website is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the website.
By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the website.
The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

1. Placing an order

1.1. Orders may be placed through the system appearing on the website 

1.2. The conclusion of the contract (placing an order) takes place at the moment when the order is paid and all the order information of your purchase is delivered to our website system.

1.3. Electron Proofs

We send a graphic design of wedding stationery by e-mail within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Proper amendments should be made independently. To request changes as you work one on one with your designer, simply reply to our email letters and let us know the updates you would like to see. Completion of the order of wedding stationery will take place after you inform us by e-mail about the final version of the invitations.

1.4. All orders are carried out carefully, accurately and as soon as possible. The time of order completion should be consistent with the information given on the website. In special cases, this period may be extended, about which you will be informed. Please note that we reserve the right to change these terms at any time – we will notify you of any changes made in correspondence.

2. Forms of Payment

The customer can choose the payment method when placing the order: 

- payment by bank transfer 

- PayPal

- credit or debit card

2.1 Payment by bank transfer (value of the order: cost of the item + shipping costs) should be made to the company account indicated after placing the order. The product will be sent after the payment is credited to our account. 

2.2 PayPal payments - the customer can make a payment via PayPal through his/her Paypal account or by a payment card. You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

2.3 Credit or debit card -  the customer can make a payment via PayPal gateway by a payment card. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery costs are borne by the customer. The shipping cost is given for each product depending on the weight of a parcel and destination.

3.2 Shipments are made via DHL throughout the UK and abroad. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery.

3.3 All packages we send are carefully packed in a way that guarantees the safety of goods during transport. Whilst we will take care to package your stationery as safely and securely as possible, we cannot be held liable for late delivery, loss or damage in transit.  Responsibility for damage to or loss of goods shall pass to you on the postage.

3.4 Before collecting the package, pay attention to whether it carries any signs of damage or opening. The customer has the right to check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier after signing the consignment note. In the case of mechanical damage to the goods or non-compliance with the order, ask the courier to write down the damage report, which will be the basis for any complaints. Only with such a protocol signed by the courier will be considered complaints about damage to the goods.

4. Cancellations and Returns

4.1 Cancellation and full refund

Cancellation for a full refund is only possible within the first 48 hours of submitting your deposit. After the 48 hour period, a partial refund of 50% is only possible if your order has not been sent into production yet.

4.2 Customer approved errors or typos

We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. We do our best to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, however final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will be printed exactly as shown in the final proofs. Should you find an error on your stationery - let us know. If your ready stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact us immediately and we will reprint the affected cards free of charge.   

4.3 Colors and computer monitors

We do not accept returns because your printed stationery does not match the colors you see on screen. This is because all monitors display color in a different way. If you are concerned about color, we strongly recommend ordering a sample.   

4.4 Tints of cardstock/paper

Due to the peculiarities of the production process, the tone of handcrafted papers and design cardstock used for our wedding stationery may slightly differ from the batch to batch.

If you place two separate orders at different times, then the shade of the paper appliques/cardstock might differ, but within the same order, there will not be any differences.

4.5 Cancelling an order after proofs are received

For orders that require proofs, there is a cancellation fee of 25% or £100, whichever is greater, in case you cancel your order AFTER your proofs have been emailed. It is a fee for the time we spend designing your personalized proofs. Once completed, that part of the order cost cannot be refunded.

4.6 Cancelling an order after the approval

We may or may not be able to cancel your order after it has been approved for printing. Should you need to cancel, please contact us asap. If your order has not yet gone into production, we may be able to cancel it and process the partial refund, as detailed in the previous section. If your order has completed the printing process, we will not be able to cancel and refund your order.

4.7 Returning samples

We cannot accept returns on samples. Samples are a way to estimate our cards in person. If you decide to use another vendor or do not like the sample, that is not a reason for a return. If you received the wrong sample, please contact us and we will correct our mistakes. We will also refund the samples that are temporarily out of stock.

4.8 Missing/Damaged Items

In case of missing or damaged items/details or the shortfall in quantity, the term for the customers' complaints consideration is 7 business days after the order receipt. Should you notice the incomplete quantity of the wedding stationery delivered or the defective items, please contact us asap. The customers' complaints regarding the incomplete shipment of wedding cards or missing/damaged details, submitted to us later than 7 business day term after the delivery date won't be considered.


The Website and its original content, product design, arrangement of typography, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BEAUTIFIER LTD. The Website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Slovakia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BEAUTIFIER LTD, Dba Polina Perri Invitations.

6. Cookies

We use cookie files for transactions at the Website. We assure that cookies files do not store any information making it possible to identify a specific person. The User can, at any time, disable cookie files at its Internet browser; however, this can make it difficult to use the website.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information that we collect about you will be used and disclosed by us so that we can provide you with the services that you have requested, or otherwise to enable us to carry out our business as suppliers of goods. This privacy and cookie policy lays out our specific commitment in compliance with and beyond the Data Protection Act 1998 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018. Please be assured we will not disclose information about you unless the disclosure is required or authorized by law, you have consented to our disclosing the information about you, or for another purpose (related to the primary purpose of collecting that information) that you would reasonably expect. We may also use your personal information to provide you with information about other services offered by us. 


These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Each Customer undertaking cooperation with Website is obliged to read the terms & conditions. Ignorance does not absolve the customer from the principles contained in it. By placing an order, the client accepts the regulations in full.
